Wildflour Bakery prides itself on using fresh local ingredients in its products, some of our suppliers include:
Castleman's Farm in Wooburn Common, Buckinghamshire. Farming using traditional methods. We use their fantastic beef in our pies and pasties.
Richard and Robert Eadles from Oxfordshire. Supply home cured traditional bacon, oak smoked dry cured bacon, joints, sausage meat all fresh from the farms to us. Delicious bacon rolls and real pork sausage meats.
Kevin Kay at Bessborough Farm. Grows many traditional varieties of fruit especially for farmers' markets and we use his apples in a range of our desserts.
Alan and Owen Hayward of Vicars Game of Ashampstead, Berkshire. Have been supplying only the very best for over 100 years. They supply the game for our fantastic game pies ,
Our flour is supplied by Wessex Mill. It has been milled using wheat grown locally around the mill by the fourth generation millers, awarded 3 stars for their Six Seed Bread Flour we use it time after time to produce our excellent brown bread.
Bloomfield Hatch Farm. Our eggs are provided from free range hens here at Bloomfield Hatch. They are Red Lion and Freedom Foods (RSPCA) accredited and have trees planted in their range to encourage them to roam.
